By accessing or using SweetSugar.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Your account is personal and non-transferable — you may not assign, sell, or share access with any third party. Our services are not available in all jurisdictions; access from China and Singapore is restricted.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform to generate content that depicts minors, promotes violence or illegal activities, harasses or threatens others, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. In accordance with applicable law, any detected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is for entertainment purposes. AI characters are fictional and their responses do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
Our platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property. Content you create using our tools remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and use it within the platform. Additionally, you grant us permission to use your inputs and interactions in anonymized form to train and improve our AI models. You retain ownership of your original input content.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided that the service has not been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
